Shipping Policy: At this time, Playground Radio Store ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. At this time, Playground Radio Store is unable to ship merchandise anywhere outside the United States. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. While we ship to all areas of the United States, we do not guarentee service will be available through Sirius or XM all areas. Please refer to the Sirius or XM website to verify coverage areas for their services.

We will accept returns on any item that is deemed to be defective. Contact Playground Radio Store by phone or email within 21 days* from the original purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The RMA will detail how and where to return the radio. Upon receipt of the product and verification of it being defective, we will immediately ship you a new, identical product and provide a refund for your shipping costs**. If the item turns out to not be defective after thorough testing, we will return the product to you at your expense*** and your shipping expenses will not be reimbursed.
If you wish to return a product that is not defective, the item must be sealed and unopened. You must contact Playground Radio Store by phone or email within 21 days of your original purchase to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The RMA will detail how and where to return the radio. Upon receipt of the radio and verification of it being sealed and unopened, a refund will be issued to your method of payment, minus a 10% restocking fee. If the item returned was opened and is not deemed to be defective, we will return the radio to you at your expense***. We do not reimburse shipping on returned, non-defective items. Subscription cards can not be returned for any reason.
Refunds will only be provided per the policy above. No returns will be accepted after 21 days for any reason.
*After the 21 day return window that Playground Radio Store grants, you must make any claims through the manufacturer. Playground Radio Store will not be held liable or responsible for defective equipement past the 21 day return period allowed.
**Refund for shipping costs cannot exceed the shipping costs that we pay. We do not reimburse for tracking or insurance, although we recommend that you purchase these two items for your own protection.
***Your credit card on file will be billed for return shipping in these cases.
